Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings and services provided by YOUNGGUNZ Tattoo ("we", "us", "the studio"), located at 34/24 Bạch Đằng, Gia Định, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. By booking a session with us, you agree to the terms below.
Age & Health Requirements
Clients must be 18 years or older and present a valid government ID at the time of the appointment, in line with Vietnamese regulations on tattoo services. You must disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or medications before your session.
Deposits & Cancellations
Custom bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment slot. The deposit is applied to the final price of your tattoo on the day of the session. Deposits are forfeited for no-shows or cancellations without adequate notice.
Consumer Rights
Services provided by YOUNGGUNZ Tattoo are subject to Vietnam's Law on Protection of Consumer Rights. If you have a concern about a service, please contact us directly so we can address it.
Aftercare
Aftercare instructions are provided after every session. Proper aftercare is the client's responsibility, and the studio is not liable for outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance.
